Has my Wellbutrin stopped working? » Tree

Hello Tree,

I've never felt a rush on Wellbutrin. Is it possible you were on too high a dosage and when the rush stopped, you *crashed*? Going out of town always exhausts me, anyways.

All I know about Wellbutrin is that you need to take it consistantly for it to be effective.

Good luck,

> Hi All, I haven't been here in a while. Things were going pretty well, up until about ten days ago. I have been on Wellbutrin for about 10 weeks. I was taking 150SR, twice a day. I had so much energy, and was having a lot of trouble sleeping, so about a month ago, stopped taking the second dose. It took a really long time - 6 or 7 weeks, but I was feeling pretty good, and had found a combination of herbs that enabled me to sleep six hours straight. I was exercising and even having some fun. I felt good for a couple of weeks, then went away for 10 days, and felt great. I came back with a chest cold, and a bit of jet lag, and four days later, became unusually exhausted. I am still extremely tired, even in the morning. I am no longer feeling the Wellbutrin rush. I went to my doctor last week, and she told me to try 100mg, twice a day. I am doing this, except when I forget, like today, but I can't shake this sluggishness. Is it possible that W. is no longer working for me? Has anyone else had this experience? Any thoughts?
