I have been taking Wellbutrin SR 400/mg per day for 6 months now. I want to stay on the Wellbutrin because it has been the only antidepressant that hasnt made me apathetic and lethargic (SSRIs do not work for me, tried most all). However, the side effects are starting to worry me: I am always tense, I feel like I cannot relax the muscles in my forehead, and Im beginning to get a "worry line" there that I never had before (I'm only 21), I have a slight tremor going at all times and I clench my teeth. Despite these negatives, I still feel the positives outweigh them!
Im just interested to hear other people's experiences, and if anyone had sucess combining another drug with Wellbutrin to reduce/eliminate these anxiety symptoms.
