Wow, I just read your history. Quite a bit going
on there. I always take benzos when switching or stopping AD, I am on Effexor now. They do calm
the jumpyness, shocks, ect. I see you already
take a benzo, when needed. I don't take knock out doses for this. Just enough so I feel normal again and can go about my life.
