Isn't it ironic that the very conditions that can be helped very effectively by psychotherapy are the ones that make going to see a therapist difficult?
I have one suggestion that I used frequently. If you write more clearly than you speak, as I do, perhaps it would help to write things down and bring them with you. My therapist would generally make me read them aloud, but he was patient.
Have you looked into cognitive behavior therapy? If the idea of "talking" out your problems is troublesome to you, you might prefer the CBT approach which is very logical and action oriented.
