Yes you have a good point. I tried working out and eating under 2k calories for 3 weeks and didn't lose a pound. It seems my metabolism is gone down the drain. I can see myself even gaining more weight because my eating habits are getting worse for sweet foods.I did CBT therapy in the past w/ success, unfortunately I stopped practicing and fell back down the anxiety trap.
I will keep you up to date. For some reason on 75g today I have a lot of energy and less anxiety then on 90mg... very weird
