What does it feel like after having ECT

I've just had not a very pleasan response to Nardil, although it relaxed me it made me feel really wierd, like although I was doing things I was actually experiencing anything and my whole concept of time seemed to change. I was wondering if ECT Feels like this, does anyone know what it feels like after you've had ECT, do you feel dazed and confused for days afterwards?
