I am glad to hear that you are having some success too. All this trial and error, it gets frustrating! I agree, I think the provigil has given the boost I needed. I can't take Wellbutrin, it makes me sick. I am fortunate that the buspar does help my anxiety. But the provigil seems to negate the side effects of the zoloft (any ssri)or gives me some needed NA. Whatever it is doing in the brain, I have renewed vitality and enthusiasm for life that I was lacking. Yippee!!

ps, now I am wondering if someday I could drop the zoloft...going to leave well enough alone for awhile though.
