mood stabilizers and stim tolerance

has anybody had a reduced stimulant tolerance while on a mood stabilizer? theoretically they would, as excess glutamate and asparate are supposed to increase tolerance, and i think i am noticing a minor decrease on 37.5 lamictal. any reports or info would be great.
