Parnate or Clomipramine - i feel so bad, pls help

I have a severe problem with derealization and HUGE phobic anxiety. I am always scared of this feeling and my horrid panic attacks. I also have sever OCD.

Because I cant take together i soon have decision to make.

I told Parnate very good for anxiety depression and probably OCD.

But clomipramine only good (but VERY GOOD) for OCD.

How if I use Parnate- phocic anxiety
panic
anxiety

Zyprexa - OCD
even less anxiety.

SSRI drug not too good for anxiety. and ocd they only reduce 30-40%- this is no good.

please,please,please help me. i feel my pain too much, i almost cry last night. these thought just nevergoing they are infinity.
