Imipramine (Tofranil) 75 to 150
Clomipramine (Anafranil) 30 to 60
Tranylcypromine (Parnate) 20 to 40
Amitriptyline 12.5 mg +
Chlordiazepoxide 5 mg (Limbitrol) 3 to 6 (caps.)
do not listen to this man...he was awarded his medical certs in an Xmas cracker. Ludicrous & even worse IMO negligent & dangerous advice.
