I couldn't have said it better-I'm sorry that my post was a little short-but I have been there, and I know what you are feeling. I did this once: I said to my GP, "I am embarrassed to tell you how I'm feeling because of what you might think and maybe not be able to help me"-the reaction I expected was totally different than what I got and better! It turned out to be very beneficial and a good move on my part. You can do this.
