I've heard it can work for SA/P. I had a friend who tried it for that and it was a good selection for him. It pooped out about a year later but that was just him. I just started taking it on Sunday for depression so I'm not sure. I have a good feeling about it but I don't want to say that too loudly--just in case I jinx it! If nothing else is working you should definitely give it a try.
