> yup, im very similar. stimulants are like a sledge hammer to my depression and social phobia. but i become suicidally depressed on the comedown. so, not the answer. klono helps blunt out the anxiety but im not very talkative on it and cant really engage in an interesting conversation. I dont crash on it or anything. amisulpride sounds like a good bet. has been reported to do miracles for some peoples sp and dysthymia, but not mine, sigh... i dont know where you live, but its not available in us or canada. however, if you post your email i may be able to help you...

hmm that's too bad it didn't work for you, because we probably have the same root problem (dopamine). By the way: what is the actual way on which amphetamines work? I've read that amphetamines RELEASE dopamine/norepinephrine. But do they trigger certain receptors (D1/D2/D3 ?) or do they "flood" certain part of the brain with dopamine (in this part we might be deficient in dopamine)?
I also have to point that I've used GHB in the past to help with the depression and it worked great for depression, but motivation was still low and social phobia was high.

I've noticed that taking ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) before and few hours after taking adderall, helps with the comedown.
