fish oil to counteract weight gain of meds?

Posted by babs on February 19, 2003, at 13:09:57

i remember reading somewhere that fish oil, in addition to boosting mood, can also counteract the weight gain due to psychiatric meds. Is this true? Has anyone lost weight since they started taking fish oil? I've been taking fish oil for about 6 weeks now.
