well i am sure that we also create an extra amount of anxiety by anticipating when and how the meds will work.....i guess the best thing i can think of is to try and keep your mind off of it all as much as you can, and just try to live, for better or for worse....try not to have to much of an opinion about how you feel...not that i am the best at this...but when i can acheive it it does help
