Hey fairnymph...Other than possible metabolic interactions, I don't think there is a problem combining a SSRI with a NARI...

In fact I have read a couple of studies where a MAOI and Reboxetine were combined.

Reboxetine seems to be particularly benign, in terms of drug-drug interaction
