Nardil always took between 4 to 6 weeks to work for me ... even when I started at my maintenance dose of 60mg. I though it was because in takes sometime for the MAOIs to bind and saturate the MAO enzymes in the gut and then the brain. I also found I had some mild daily fatigue and severe mid afternoon fatigue .... the former due to the increased GABA levels and the later due to the increased dopamine from the nardil (this happens frequently to parkinson's patients on dopamine enhancers ... afternoon somnolence.)

PS I though you meant Nardil Impotence and Fatigue at first .... that is also a problem for me
