But it was one of those SSRI/SNRI-funded trials, you know. I don't trust any of them, all funded by drug co's and filled with over-zealous patients who can convince themselves it's working on them.
I just wanted to add that I recently asked Dr. Liebowitz about switching from Paxil to Effexor, and he told me that Effexor is somewhat less potent for SP but has fewer side-effects. My sister also has some SP and her experience agrees with this as well. Anyway...
