Just an opinion, but of the meds you mentioned I think Prozac is the least likely to cause weight gain. Some people do gain weight on Prozac, but one of the common side effects is actually weight loss.
Effexor can cause weight loss initially during treatment because it can tend to decrease one's appetite. But once one's body adapts to the Effexor, this tends to go away.
