I have been holding off trying for some relief from my symptoms with some Paracetemol because I don't want to discover there is some horrible interaction between my Prescription meds and Paracetemol.

Sorry you're sick. Paracetemol (acetominophen in the civilized world <wink>) and diazepam are both substrates for two enzymes, but each has yet a third to deal with it separately. You might find slightly enhanced effects from the diazepam, but the fluoxetine uses a different enzyme altogether.

Drink lots of fluids, rest, and Merry Christmas.
