I gained 20 lbs on it. The insatiable hunger does go away -- I don't know if it goes away with time or with increased dose -- but it went away. The 20 lbs. never came off though -- didn't get worse, didn't get better. It's almost like I have a new "set point" with my weight. I don't think it's just an appetite thing -- I think my metabolism is actually lower on this drug.
