YES, I got that with Neurontin in the wintertime if I took 300mg+ at bedtime. Others here have posted about it, too. Maybe you can cut back the nighttime dose? I even had to stop my tiny dose of Benadryl (25mg) at bedtime because of the low humidity. Thank God I don't live further North and have only an humidity lowering fireplace for HEAT!
