I know exactly where you are,
you cleared the meds out because
it gave you a sence of you're going
to do this no matter what. What dosage were you on, and how
quickly did you drop it ?Some times, you need to reinstate
a lower dose, temporarily then taper
that off.My personal Celexa withdrawl timing chart.
1. Apathy - why go to work - what the hell for?
2. Low energy - and slowed thinking
3. Crying spells,
4. Insommnia issues,
5. Brief hunger binges
6. Anxiety
7. Slight paranoia
8. Hot flashes and anger outbursts
This all subsided within two weeks,
mind you I was taking only 10 mg and
am taking a high dose fish oil supplement.1. consider a brief reinstatement of dosage
2. consider supplementation with fish oil
and folic acid**** If you don't feel like its improving
within about 3 weeks, then go back on your
meds.***** A common withdrawl symptom, is feeling
***** that you hate your meds more than you
***** really did while you were on them IE.
***** making it seem like they were worse than
they really were.
Good Luck
