Gershon-Zyprexa and Prophylaxis of Wt. Gain

Dr. Gershon--

What experience do you have with the prevention of weight gain on Zyprexa? My doctor was told by an Eli Lilly rep. that amantadine curbs weight gain and my therapist heard L-carnitine also helps. Do you have any knowledge of this?
