My apolgies for not understanding the gist of your concerns.
I'm glad the Adderall is helping you. Your mental health is more important than your athletic goals. However, if you do train on it, you may want to check of your heart rate from time-to-time during cycling to make sure that it doesn't get too high. I never did this, but I read somewhere that it was advisable. Even some cold medications taken during excercise have the POSSIBILITY of sending your heart rate too high and therefore, COULD be a risk during strenuous activity.
BTW - I saw a PDoc that specialized in sports. He said he has had a lot of success with Lamictal for bi-polar athletes. I tried it and didn't stick with it as the initial fatigue was intolerable for me. Just something to keep in mind if you need a change in your regimin in the future.
The main thing is relative sanity. If you are doing well are your current meds, stick with them.
