My diagnosis reaches from neurotic to endogenous depression and GAD. once diagnosed psychotic depression (but this is not true) and social phobia (also not true).

I take it to get a proper effect from medication. Its an essential part of my medication.

I take Eskimo-3 (2g/day) (during day, because I find it more activating)
and Omega-3 (from www.vitaminexpress.at) 6-10g per day (I juse this one mainly at evening for sleeping issue; its high EPA/DHA)

The rest:
75mg Amitryptiline Extended Release (Saroten Retard)
150mg Effexor ER
Vitamin B1,B6,B12 at high dose
L-Tyrosine (from time to time)

bye
