sleep and pms trazodone

hi
been on effexor 75mg for one week(was on paxil)
take 50 mg at night of trazodone.
have horrible very vivid dreams when i do sleep.
heart racing-etc
cant tell even if i really am sleeing.
feel worried i havent really slept in days!
any advice
