what to do with a setback

I haven't posted in awhile because I have been feeling good for almost a complete month, which is the longest stretch of time since my relapse back in Jan.
I am taking 75mg a effexor 3 x daily for a total of 225mg, and also a half of .5 of clonazepam 3 times daily for this last month. But as of two days ago my anxiety has returned which always brings me down.
I really wonder if my monthly cycle has anything to do with this, as I'm in ovulation right now.
I'm in tears because I thought I was on the road to a more stable me.
Does anyone have any experiece with this.
