That's exactly what I needed to hear. I felt so fearful and spaced out this afternoon I almost stopped taking it--I thought it was just too much. Then I got through the day (and took it later on) and made an agreement with myself that I would at least give it a week. I'm actually feeling a little better this evening for the first time, but just six hours ago I was a basket case. Although I know I can quit if it gets too terrible, I'd rather hold hope that something better awaits me if I can get through it. I appreciate the encouragement, and knowing that you felt like I do and got over it. If people only know what "no side effects" feels like! (at least in the adjustment phase.) So glad to hear you're feeling better. What time of day do you take it? And have you tried other AD's before this?
