I am 20 years old college student and i found out that i have cyclothymic. I cant sleep well at night and usually my mind tends to drift away in different direction. My Psychiatrist started me on Depakote , which is used for manic episodes and seizures. It hasnt helped me in any way. I have started taking it two weeks ago.
What should i do to reduce manic episodes such as uttering words, concentrate more on my work, and reduce my hyper activity of mind and body.
This is my first time here so i will be thankful for all your suggestions and moral support.
