Stimulant + SSRI - Has it worked for anyone here?

I'm so frustrated I just can't seem to get SSRIs to work like they used to. I've been taking 50mg of lamictal along with Sertraline for about 6 weeks now to know avail. Sometimes I feel as thought they are not even partially working. Has anyone here added a stimulant to an SSRI and has it made the SSRI work in the same way that it used to or do you just get a different effect?
