Edronax (Reboxitine)

I eas earlier on Wellbutrin + Buspar, which worked for me. I then moved to a country where Wellbutrin is not available.
PDoc put me on 30mg Remeron. Now I was told that if Remeron will not work, I should take Reboxitine instead.
I have not heard of this medicine. Is it available in the US? Anybody tried and care to share their experiences.
