> Hi Shelli, Thanks so much for the info. I guess I did leave it a little confusing. Up until I started taking Paxil I was one depressed person that pretty much thought it was a normal behavior until I started observing how other people acted. I had a hard time having "fun". Everything was an effort to do. Simple things like housework, planning a meal etc. I did all of that but it was such an effort. I finally opened up to my Doctor and he suggested I'd try Paxil. I took it for a few weeks and saw such a change in me! I felt "normal". I could drive to the city without haveing anxiety attacks. I enjoyed being around people without faking it.And this was with only a few weeks. After being on for 6 months I started to feel like I did before. I had a real good concentration level on Paxil (was very forgetful) Now I feel that my attention span is 0 again. I went back to my doctor and he switched me to effexor xr. I do not like what I am reading on this drug but I do want to give it a try. What kind of supplement were you talking about. I do take some. Patience
