peripheral noradrenaline

Hi,

While I was on reboxetine, I suffered from sweating, tachycardia and a little hypertension.
Now, on moclobemide they are all gone.

So, is it safe to assume that MAOI's have less peripheral effect than reuptake inhibitors? Where does MAO exist in the body? Are the removal mechanisms of neurotransmitters different in the peripheral nervous system and in the brain?
