It would be very adventagious to use a common
folic acid + B12 supplement while taking an
SSRI. I have been able to reduce by dosage in
half, by using a B50 complex in combo with Celexa. Studies show that Folic Acid decreases response time and effective dossages of SSRI's. There is reason to beleive the effect extends to all AD's. Also take your AD's on an empty stomach. Avoid grapefruit juice as it has been shown to intensify metabolites that may be responsible for side effects but not effect.
Some people beleive that Folic Acid may diminish the poop-out effect. If anyone else has found ways to increase the effectiveness of SSRI's please post them.
