Seroquel - lip twitches stiff neck

I've had great luck wit this med, but I think the dreaded antipsychotic TD/EPS side effects have finally caught up with me.

Any suggestions? Is Zyprexa any better in this regard? Anybody know when apriprizole will become available?

This med has really made a difference in my life, mood swings and sleep are vastly improved. but my neck and shoulders are becoming useless. help!
