I forgot to take my meds today -- bad, Jon! Bad! 2 weeks to Nardil (1 left), doc prescribed dex and seroquel to ease my pain till then. I can't believe today is tomorrow so soon and and so I think I'll type some more...
Maybe I'll write a novel, a nice thick one... that way I can measure how unhealthy this is in inches! Nah, I'll rebel and use the metric system!
