benzodiazepine sedation

Posted by Franz on May 15, 2002, at 21:04:16

Hello,

Sometimes I have to take a benzodiazepine (alprazolam) for anxiety, public speaking, etc.

I would like to know how to avoid the sedation it can cause, especially when I need to be fully alert.

Will coffee decrease the sedation but also the anti-anxiety effect?.

Is there anything to take to protect memory, like lecithin, phosphatidylserine, etc.?

Thanks.

Franz
