Hi Ben.
> I am treatment resistent, tried a lot and looking for some options. I tried Edronax (Reboxetine) which acts on noradrenaline with only little benefit and had to come off it because of side effects ! Lofepramine is similar to desipramine so its perhaps similar to Edronax ?!
It's tempting to try to predict how someone will respond to a particular drug based upon the latest list of its observed properties. It doesn't always work, though. For me, desipramine has consistently provided me with some mild relief of bipolar depression. However, reboxetine dramatically exacerbated my depression within 5 days of starting it. I had a tough time fighting suicidality. This worsened state disappeared within 36 hours of my last dose. If you are treatment-resistant, I don't think it makes sense to leave too many stones unturned.
I hope you get real lucky real quick.
