How to get rid of sexual side-effects of Effexor ?

Hi
I've been on Effexor XR for a week now for GAD and have seen improvement right away.

However, among tolerable side-effects such as nausea (gone after 2 days), sweating and insomnia (improving), I am also experiencing sexual dysfunction (abnormal ejaculation - delayed) and am wondering if there is hope that this will pass with time.

Has anyone experienced this before ?
