Effexor withdrawal - week four for me

Hi,
I just wrote a long post above about my Effexor withdrawal. I've been tapering steadily for about 4 weeks. Once I got to the 37.5 tablet and took it for a few days, I then took half of that for a few days, then 1/4....I think you need to go much slower than you are. But still, I'm experiencing bad side effects - mostly emotional! Sobbing and more sobbing....
