Depakote/Neurontin (sp?) and Celexa together

Does this cause extreme fatigue? This is what my BF is on. He can hardly sleep but is sooo tired on a constant babis. Any recommendations? He sees the Dr on Mon to talk about other possible options. Any advice/insight very appreciated.
