Zoloft dopamine properties are insignificant

I wouldn't worry about having too much dopamine from Zoloft. It only inhibits the reuputake of dopamine in very slight amounts, about as much as paxil inhibits the reuputake of norepinephrine, in other words it is so insignificant it doesn't really matter. It probably lowers dopamine in the long run since it is a potent inhibitor of serotonin reuputake (2nd only to Paxil).

Wellbutrin is much stronger in raising you dopamine & norepinephrine levels so you can't really compare Wellbutrin with Zoloft. They work in totally different ways- Wellbutrin probably has more in common with Ritalin than it does with SSRIS.

The main thing i'd worry about is not the ghb dopamine rebound, but mixing Zoloft with GHB. When I drank while on Zoloft therapy the combination was disastrous- I would be drunk after 2 beers and black out, act like a total idiot, and not remember anything the next day. Since GHB, like alcohol, is a social disinhibitor, you might react in the same way.

Somehow, by cold turkey, narcotics anonymous, or substitution with baclofen, speed, pot, a few beers or whatever you need to cut the GHB stuff out, because its going to make you do something you regret one of these days (especially when your combining it with all these different medications- your going to be out of touch with reality- its called depersonalization which sometimes happens with Zoloft especially when combining it with a bunch of different meds & drugs.)

I never drank and drove ever in my whole life & was always the person who prevented others from drinking & driving, but on Zoloft I got drunk and took a few xanax & the next thing I knew I was being arrested for DUI and ended up in the emergency room because I was acting so strange. I was so messed up I got thrown out of jail! They even did a spinal tap since I was acting so weird they thought I might have a brain infection or something- either that or the emergency room nurses were just trying to punish me for constantly getting out of my bed & taking the IV out of my arm.
