Think of Zyprexa as a _major tranquilizer_. Like Serzone it has blockade of 5HT-2a which confers antidepressant effectiveness.
You will develop tolerance to the stuttering as you achieve steady-state blood levels of the medications. Steady state therapeutic levels are achieved at least 7 to 10 days (5 to 7 half- lives) after initiation of Nardil therapy with recommended doses from the Physicians' Desk Reference.
