Effexor is a very good drug. Taking 75 mg might be all you need. If you need more, you can increase the dose. If Effexor does not work for you after increasing the dose, you can try Lexapro (Escitalopram). Lexapro will be on the market in June. It has less side effects than other SSRI's.
