For responders to the medication this would generally
be the case. At first the medicine will "ding" a serotonin
receptor that can cause a little anxiety. After a while
(hopefully not too long), the medicine will desensitize
that receptor and massage others to help relieve anxiety.

One thing you can try if you are feeling horrendous as
an adjunct that would relieve the anxiety probably probably immediately
is a low dose of Zyprexa (5 mg), it blocks the troublesome
serotonin receptor.
