Best AD that Won't cause Irritability

Does anyone have any suggestions re: this? As a BPII diagnosis, I know I shouldn't take an AD alone, but I want to get pregnant, and, at least for the first trimester, don't want to take anything in "Category C" if possible - that means all stabilizers, I've found out!
Prozac makes me really irritable w/o a stablizer; Celexa and Serzone were too "mild", even on their own (at least at the time).
Any thoughts appreciated.
