I stopped Paxil for quite a while but am now back on a low (10 mg) dose, along with my other meds & will try again next summer to get off it completely.
I notice the same feeling as what I think you mean. Unless I turn my head slowly, it feels like my head remains but my eyes follow back (or something - it's a weird feeling & hard to explain - a bit like vertigo but no dizziness). Seeing I have to turn my head often through a day to check traffic when driving, turn to look up at a customer, etc. I get these feelings often too.
I really hate it but have learned to live with it. While I think I'm going to get dizzy, I never quite do. If anyone every comes up with a reason for this sensation, or how to correct it, I'll give them my first-born. Wait! Maybe not, he's 26 & probably wouldn't go. :)

I have had this sensation now for a year after stopping paxil... Is this brain damage of some kind? My educational skills have also declined and I can't seem to remember anything anymore. I try not to let these things bother me but they have recently so can someone explain this to me
