A dose of Serzone would probably wipe it right
out, if you could tolerate the Serzone addition.

Buspar has a 50/50 shot, but it may take 2-3
weeks to get a result, Serzone should come back
in 4-5 days. The Serzone might make you drowsy,
but then you can really push the accelerator on
the Effexor to get the noradrenaline from it.

off the cuff, Topamax may help.
I know Klonopin works, and Topamax has
been a Klonopin substitute for myofacial pain
for me (this is just 1 data point however).
