Effexor withdrawal feeling - without taking less

The past 48 hours I've been feeling like I'm withdrawing from effexor (been on it 18 months... currently on 150mg twice a day - withdraw once before and was horrid..). I;m getting the brain rushes, strange tingly feelings all over, dizziness... not as bad as when I went cold turkey from it, but enough for it to be making me feel wierd.I've not missed a dose. Oh, and on 5mg Zyprexa too (not missed a dose of that either)
Any ideas on what could be happening??
